Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are not permitted on Compound. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, whether or not they have a registered account.

You must not use Compound to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any law or regulation.
• Commit fraud, deception, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Send spam, chain messages or unsolicited communications.
• Use bots, scripts or other automated means to interact with the Service in a way that degrades performance or bypasses restrictions.
• Scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data from the Service other than data you own, without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service except where expressly permitted by law.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission.
• Upload, transmit or distribute malware, viruses, worms or other harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, defame or otherwise harm other users, our staff or third parties.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other intellectual property or privacy right.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security or authentication features of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without written authorisation.

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, or you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us at [hello@unohu.app]. We investigate reports and take action where appropriate. Coordinated vulnerability disclosure is welcome.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of Compound after changes take effect means you accept the updated AUP.
