Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Unohu (“we”, “us”), the operator of Compound (the “Service”) at https://compound.unohu.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) and legally able to enter into a contract to use Compound. If you use Compound on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when you register.
• Keeping your credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use Compound in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for the habits, goals, routines, journal entries and other content you create in Compound (“User Content”). You confirm you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Compound, the Compound and Unohu brands, and all associated software, designs, text and graphics are owned by Unohu or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Compound for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify and display your User Content solely to operate, secure and improve Compound for you.

We may remove User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Compound may provide AI-generated suggestions, insights and recommendations. These are provided for informational purposes only, are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you act on any AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

We strive to keep Compound available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

We may make experimental or beta features available. Beta features are provided “as is”, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may have bugs or limitations. Feedback you provide about beta features may be used to improve Compound without any obligation to you.

Paid plans (if offered) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You authorise us to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes and any renewal charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compound is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unohu, its affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Compound. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to Compound is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Compound if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using Compound and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of Compound after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law — to be provided]. You and Unohu agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction — to be provided], unless mandatory local law grants you a different forum.
